An oil on canvas measuring 12 x 23 inches with the artists' signature in the lower right and a brass plaque with the artists name on the lower center. It appears to be housed in its original frame. Title is on the reverse.

Designed by the artist for the family's 1944 Christmas card, done on lightweight paper. It measures 7 1/4 x 8 3/8 inches. Dawes spent many years in the Marlboro, NH area drawing and painting the incredible natural beauty that surrounded him.
