This is a very fine original lithograph, image size 8 1/2 x 11 inches, c. 1940s, pencil signed. Julian Levi was a Federal Arts Project painter and printmaker, and taught at the Art Students League in New York and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.

This early 20th. century oil painting by Rene de'l Arnet(?) measures 25 x 30 inches. This fine impressionistic water scene with sunlit fields in the distance is well painted using a subtle color palette with a nice tonal and textural range.

This etching by the American artist Hopper Emory measures 4 7/8 x 6 inches and is pencil signed. Emory was born in Baltimore, Maryland and had a successful career in banking before he turned exclusively to his artwork. He traveled to England where he studied at the Heatherly School of Art in London, then returned to Maryland where he became known for his delicately rendered architectural and maritime etchings.

This drawing by Dexter Dawes measures 18 3/4 x 24 3/4 inches. It is signed in the lower right corner. Dawes was born in Englewood, NJ and went on to study at New York City's Art Student League. He summered in Marlboro, NH surrounded by beautiful gardens with views of Mount Monadnock which became the inspiration for many of his drawings and lithographs. He belonged to a number of associations including the National Arts Club.
