Plate measures 11 3/4 x 7 3/4 inches on 16 1/2 x 12 1/4 inch watermarked laid type paper. Richly inked with good plate tone, this print is likely an early proof.

This is a lovely original portrait by Anders Zorn, image size 9 3/4 x 7 5/8 inches, 1912, cat: Hjert-159, unsigned proof, printed on Van Gelder Zonin watermarked paper with the original label from Arthur H Halo & Co, NY. Anders Zorn's artistic talents were obvious at an early age. At 15 he entered the Royal Swedish Academy of Art in Stockholm and at 20 years old, at a student exhibition, he entered his watercolor painting "In Mourning" which now hangs in the National Museum in Stockholm. This recognition was the start of a long and accomplished career for Zorn.

This is a very fine original painting by American artist Enoch Wood Perry Jr. Oil on board, 11 3/4 x 9 3/4 inches, 1894, signed and dated in the lower right corner, titled on the back, in a beautiful Eastlake period frame. Born in Boston, Perry grew up in New Orleans and as a young man studied art in Germany and in France with Thomas Couture. In 1854 Perry returned to the United States and traveled West where he painted for several years with Albert Bierstandt.
