Watercolor, sight size 14 x 19 3/4, signed "Royal H Milleson" l.r, framed. Royal Hill Milleson lived most of his life in the mid-west, except for several years he spent in Boston at the turn of the century. He specialized in landscapes, and was a member of the Chicago Society of Artists and the Boston Art Club.

Tiger Watching In Shadow

This wood engraving by Barry Moser is one of 25 prints from his "Gold Rush" series. Published in 1985 in an edition of 350, it measures 7 x 4 inches and is pencil signed by the artist on the lower margin. The "Gold Rush" series were images portraying gold mining activities from America, Africa and Australia. Moser, from Tennessee, became a graphic artist and printmaker, studying under Leonard Baskin and Jack Coughlin.

"Summer Meadow" by Dexter Dawes measures 12 x 9 inches. Dawes summered in Marlboro, NH surrounded by beautiful gardens with views of Mount Monadnock which became the inspiration for many of his lithographs, drawings and paintings. He belonged to a number of associations including the National Arts Club.
