Landscape by the American artist, Charles Woodbury, measuring 9 1/4 x 13 1/4 inches, signed in the l.r. "Charles H. Woodbury Lynn '82", oil on board, 1882, unframed. Known for his oils, watercolors and etchings, Woodbury was predominately a self-taught artist who preferred "to work out his salvation with little help from others in his profession".

A color woodblock print by the Japanese artist Junichiro Sekino measuring 23 1/8 x 18 inches, signed, numbered 23/120, artist seal, l.r., c. 1980. Sekino was a leading promoter of the "Sosaku Hanga", an important creative print movement in the mid-1900's. Studying under Koshiro Onchi, he also was greatly influenced by Rembrandt, Durer and Toulouse Lautrec.
