This winter landscape by Samuel E. Armour measures 16 x 11 inches and is signed on the lower right corner. Oil on masonite, framed, with title identification label on backing. Armour was a landscape painter, sculptor and teacher. He attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and was a member of the Rockport Art Association.

This drawing by Dexter Dawes measures 21 1/4 x 14 1/2 inches and is dated "July 7, 1929" on the lower margin. Dawes was born in Englewood, NJ and went on to study at New York City's Art Student League. He summered in Marlboro, NH surrounded by beautiful gardens with views of Mount Monadnock which became the inspiration for many of his lithographs and drawings. He belonged to a number of associations including the National Arts Club
