The Train Station

A very well done mixed media drawing by W.B. Fergusson. The artist used pen and ink, pencil and gouache in this whimsical moment in time at a busy train station. Done on gray toned paper, it measures 13 3/4 x 9 1/2 inches. The artists' signature is seen on the lower right with a date of 1920.

Summer Meadow

"Summer Meadow" by Dexter Dawes measures 12 x 9 inches. Dawes summered in Marlboro, NH surrounded by beautiful gardens with views of Mount Monadnock which became the inspiration for many of his lithographs, drawings and paintings. He belonged to a number of associations including the National Arts Club.
