Three Wire Haired Terriers

Plate size 10 x 12 1/2 inches on 14 1/4 x 17 3/4 inch heavy weight wove type paper. Pencil signed in the lower right. Kurt Meyer-Eberhardt is one of the most famous and revered 20th century dog artists. Drawing dogs was his true passion, as is apparent in this soulful portrait of three terriers.

Fioretti Ste Claire

This modernist lithograph is both emotive and striking. Pencil signed in the lower right. "XXV" in the plate on the lower right. "Fioretti Ste. Claire" inscribed in pencil in the lower left. Plate measures 10 x 7 3/4 on 13 x 10 inch medium weight wove type paper.

Along the Fence

C. 1920. Pencil signed and editioned, number 128 in an edition of 150. Plate measures 5 5/8 x 5 3/4 inches on 10 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch wove type paper. The artist's composition and sparing use of lines in the background draw the viewer along the path of the figures, and out of the frame to their mysterious destination.
