This lithograph by Wilfred Readio measures 11 3/4 x 14 3/8 inches and is plate signed, titled and numbered. Readio was a painter, lithographer and educator, known for his scenes of Pittsburgh, PA. and the American West. He was also the Academic Drawing teacher at the Carnegie Institute of the Arts, Andy Warhol being one of his students.
This is a dramatic lithograph of a group of soldiers in the midst of battle in France during WWI. The image size is 17 x 11 7/8 inches, 1916, hand signed and numbered, framed. Lucien Jonas was an official military artist in France during WWI and traveled extensively through the front lines, creating many paintings, drawings and prints depicting the heroism and bravery of the soldiers on the front lines.
A very fine original lithograph by New York artist Harry L Taskey. Image size 11 1/2 x 15 3/4 inches, c. 1935, edition of about 25, published by the New York City WPA Project, pencils signed and titled.

"Inlet Light" by the American artist Stow Wengenroth measures 8 1/8 x 12 3/4 inches and is pencil signed, 1938, cat: Stuckey-75, edition of 181. Wengenroth studied at the Art Students League and the Grand Central School of Art in New York, and in the summers studied with John Carlson in Woodstock, NY and George Ennis in Eastport, ME. In 1931 he had his first one man show at the MacBeth Galleries, beginning a long and very successful artistic career.
This lithograph by the American artist Philip Cheney measures 8 5/8 x 12 3/4 inches and is pencil signed. AAA label with artist provenance included, in an edition of 250.
