This is an original pencil signed and titled screenprint by American artist Guy Maccoy.  The title is: It is Evening, created and printed in 1949.  The image measures 11X14 1/4 inches.  "Maccoy made his first artistic screenprints in 1932 and taught the medium in Colorado and Los Angeles during the 1940s and 1950s."
