The Old Homestead, C. 1890

This is an original oil on canvas painting by New York State artist Milton H. Lowell.  The subject is of an old rural homestead seen in early Autumn. This painting was created between 1890 and 1910. This work is signed lower right M.H. Lowell and has an image size measuring 16X24 inches.  Very nice condition, recently cleaned and lined, housed in a period gilt frame.
