This is a fine drypoint etching by American artist Philip Little.  The title written obscurely in pencil, "....Maine"  It shows a Narrow Cove with seagulls.  This etching was created and printed in 1925.  The image measures 11 7/8X9 3/4 inches.  Printed on a watermarked medium weight laid type paper.  The artists date and signature in pencil lower right border.

The image was made on the Columbia Line's Bogota or Columbia. The Haitian crew used soft volcanic tufa to scrub down the wooden decks. The bulldog, center, was the vessel's mascot.
