Still Hollow
This is an original hand signed etching by American artist Kerr Eby. The title of this work is "Still Hollow". It was created and printed in 1936 in an edition of 100. The image measures 10 3/16X14 1/2 inches. It is a combination of etching, aquatint and sandpaper ground. A fine use of plate tone in the snow fields and sky. The scene is most likely one near his home in Connecticut. The signature has an "imp" after the name meaning he printed this proof himself.
