Circa 1935. Print 21 in an edition of 68. Pencil signed in the lower right, editioned in the lower left. Plate signed in the lower left. Plate measures 9 1/2 x 12 1/2 on 10 1/2 x 13 1/2 inch laid type paper.

Carrera del Darro

This drypoint etching of the Carrera del Darro, one of the oldest streets in Granada, measures 6 5/8 x 7 3/4 inches. Created in 1935, it is pencil signed on the lower right. Rosenberg studied architecture at the University of Oregon before moving into architectural etching, studying at the American Academy in Rome and the Royal College of Art in London. The majority of his work was of European buildings with historic significance.

La Corrida

A great image of a Spanish bull fight, this etching with drypoint measures 10 1/8 x 11 1/2 inches, published in 1929 in an edition of 100, pencil signed and numbered. Hermine David was born and raised in Paris and at the age of 16 was accepted into the Ecole Des Beaux Arts, later going on the study at the Academy Julien. She was a well known painter and printmaker and was very active in the thriving artist community in Paris in the early 20th century.
