This is an original block print by Wisconsin artist Edward Boerner.  The title is written in pencil, The Farm, it was created and printed in 1940.  The image measures 5X4 inches.  Pencil signed lower right.  This also came with a card by the artist which describes this as: "Our family homestead at Cedarsburg, 1847.

A very fine original etching with drypoint by American portrait artist Josef Pierre Nuyttens. Plate size 7 x 4 1/4 inches, 1919, plate signed and dated, pencil signed, with an inscription in ink below the image which we have not been able to decipher. Framed, with a stamp from Thomas B Kenedy, New York on the back.

Readio was a painter, lithographer and educator, known for his scenes of Pittsburgh, PA. and the American West. He was also a Professor of Art at the Carnegie Institute of the Arts.

Etching, image size 4 3/8 x 5 3/4 inches, pencil signed and titled. Vincent lived in Rockport, Massachusetts, most of his life. He was one of the founders of the Rockport Art Association and a member of the Cape Ann art colony. He won awards at the Salmagundi Club and the New York Water Color Club.

This is a drypoint etching from 1904. Plate signed "D.S. Maclaughlin" in the lower right and dated. Pencil signed and titled. Plate measures 4 2/4 x 5 1/2 inches on 5 1/2 x 6 1/4 inch buff toned wove paper. A richly inked impression.

Etching, image size 7 7/8 x 5 7/8 inches, c. 1915, unsigned, estate stamped on reverse, titled in pencil, possibly in the artist's hand. Kuehne was an American artist who studied in NYC before traveling extensively throughout Europe. After returning to the U.S. he became friends and colleagues with Edward Hopper, William Glackens and Charles Prendergast. From 1914-1917, Kuehne lived and worked in Spain creating many landscapes and architectural scenes, including this etching depicting an everyday street in the city of Toledo.

"London Street Scene" by Hopper Emory measures 6 3/4 x 10 7/8 inches and is pencil signed. Emory was born in Baltimore, Maryland and had a successful career in banking before he turned exclusively to his artwork. He traveled to England where he studied at the Heatherly School of Art in London, then returned to Maryland where he became known for his delicately rendered architectural and maritime etchings.
