Lithograph, image size approx. 11 x 8 3/4 inches, blind stamp "Imprimerie Chaix" l.r., Les Maitres de l'Affiche Pl. 34, l.l., Steilen's name appears within the image, pub. August 1896, original color lithograph. A posterist of the belle epoque, Steilen started his career in 1885. Using his family members as models, including the family cat, his images depict clear and insightful concepts that remain alive to this day. This image advertises the Academie Nationale de Musique performance of Helle.
