A fine Luigi Lucioni etching, Elm on the Hill, created and printed in  1948 published by Associated American Artists in New York in an editiion of 250.  This pencil signed impression measures 12 1/4X9 7/8 inches.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.  The image appears as number 105 in the Embury catalog.

Etching, image size: 7 3/4 x 10 7/8 inches, ed. 100, pencil signed. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Yngve Edward Soderberg was an American watercolorist, etcher, and printmaker. He studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and the Art Students League in New York. He was a WPA muralist whose work can be seen at the U. S. Coast Guard Academy in New London. We have two impressions of this image, one nicely framed.

This is a bustling Middle Eastern street scene with a remarque of horses running in the desert along the lower edge of the image. Etching, image size 10 1/8 x 7 5/8 inches, c. 1940, edition of 25, pencil signed and numbered.

Engraving after Correggio. According to Thies: "Proof, with open and traced letters in a border shaded with horizontal lines. With a stamp of the engraver's initials." Randall 12671, Fogg Museum provenance. Image size 13 3/4 x 11 1/4 inches; plate size 17 x 14 3/8 inches.

This is a very fine original pencil signed wood engraving by British artist George Soper.  This winter scene of a Farmer feeding the cattle has an image size of 5X7 1/2 inches.  Nicely framed with archival materials.

Etching, image size 9 3/8 x 5 3/8 inches, pencil signed and titled. Hobbs was a well known artist from Ohio who studied art at the Art Institute of Chicago. He traveled extensively through Europe and the US before settling in New Orleans. He won many awards and honors for his work, and spent two summers as a resident at the MacDowell Art Colony in Peterborough, NH.
