This is an original wood block print by American artist Ralph Hillyer Avery.  The title is: Old Massachusetts No. 1.  This block print is pencil signed by the artist lower right.  The image measures 9 1/4X7 3/4 inches.  Printed on a medium weight wove type paper.

This is an original etching by Southwest Artist Harriet Morton Holmes.  A view of a Pueblo village in Arizona.  The etching is hand signed in pencil lower right and has an image size of 6 1/2X10 1/8 inches.  Holmes was a member of the Prairie Printmakers.  She worked in Arizona and Taos New Mexico.

This color wood engraving by the German artist Werner Jacob Korsmeier measures 16 1/2 x 11 5/8 inches, pencil signed, dated, titled in German and numbered 25/50. Created in 1985 with an annotation by the artist on the top margin, "For my dear Dorothy, Werner", publishers blindstamp on lower margin, label on backing with artist provenance.

Original etching by American artist and author Joseph Pennell. This is a very early image by this important artist. It is titled: "San Gimignano", it was created and printed in 1883. This etching is signed and dated lower right in the plate, not hand signed. This impression was published in Germany and has the "Original Radirung von J.Pennell" in the lower edge of the plate. The image measures 10 3/8X8 inches, printed on a warm toned wove type paper, very fine condition. The image appears in the Wuerth catalog as image number 52. Nice use of plate tone in the forground.

This is a drypoint etching by British artist Job Nixon.  THis view of sheep grazing below the castle ruins has an image size of 10X14 1/2 inches.  Pencil signed lower border, printed on a medium weight laid type paper.  There is some old tape staining in the upper border but not near or into the image area.  Very presentable. A beautiful tonal range within this image.

This etching by Paul King measures 9 7/8 x 7 7/8 inches and is pencil signed on the lower margin. Paul King gained professional acclaim early in the 20th century for his seascapes, portraits, landscapes and rural scenes. Becoming an accomplished lithographer while still in his teens he studied with H. Siddens Mowbray in New York and later in Holland with Willy Sluiter and Evert Pieters. He was an illustrator for Life and Harpers Magazines and a book publisher. He received honors for his paintings from the Salmagundi Club and the National Academy of Design.
