This is an original pencil signed etching by American artist Otto Kuhler.  The image is titled: Steamboat  Wharf, created and printed in 1925.  The image measures 8X10 3/4 inches.  "Although best known for his industrial designs, Otto Kuhler (1894-1977) is well regarded as a fine artist and draftsman. Born in Germany, Kuhler was the sole heir to his family's successful steel business, Kuhler Forges. After WWI however, the business and his family's fortune were in ruins. After living briefly in Dusseldorf, and partly due to the advice of friend Joseph Pennell, he took up etching and emigrated to the States in 1923. Otto Kuhler's etchings of begrimed industry sprang from the same optimistic response to technology that led to his colorful streamlined designs for the Milwaukee, Lehigh and other railroads in the 1930's." This is a fine original etching by American regionalist artist Jackson Lee Nesbitt.  The title is: Evening in March, pencil signed and titled, created and printed in 1942.  The image measures 11 7/8X8 7/8 inches.  Very fine condition, a rich impression printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.

Etching with aquatint, image size 7 7/8 x 10 7/8 inches, 1918-1919, state VII/VIII, cat: Czestochowski-69, alternate title "Far Prospect," pencil signed, framed. Davies was a truly remarkable artist of the late 19th and early 20th centuries known for his dreamlike etchings and lithographs. In his catalog raisonne of Davies work, Czestochowski writes "In a time of social, political, scientific and artistic upheaval, Davies hewed to an unwavering inner vision, one of classically graceful figures in an eternal dance with nature." This rare, early state etching is a perfect example of the combination of classicism and modernism of Davies' work.

This is a fine large drypoint etching by American Sporting artist Frank Benson.  The title is: Yellowlegs Alighting, created and printed in 1920 in an edition of 100.  The image measures 8 7/8X14 7/8 inches. This image appears in the Ordeman catalog as image number 187.  Printed on Hodamura paper.  Nicely framed with archival boards.

This is an original drypoint etching by French artist Paul Helleu.  This view of a Woman with Hat in Profile, was created and printed circa . 1905.  The image measures  21X13 inches. Identified lower right border.  Fine condition, printed on a wove type sheet.

This is an original pencil signed etching by German expressionist Lovis Corinth.  The title is Salome, created and printed in 1919, this impression is numbered 28/150.  The image measures 7 5/8X9 7/8 inches.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet, with a Collectors stamp William P. Moor on the back of the sheet.

This is an original pencil signed etching by British artist Stanley Anderson.  The title is: The National Gallery, created and printed in 1925 in an edition of 109.  This image is pencil signed by the artist.  This impression is the second state an edition of 8, before the print collectors edition which was printed in an edition of 100 for the members.The image measures 8 3/4X11 1/4 inches. Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.  This image appears in the Meyrick catalog as image number 167.  "One of the earlier group of Stanley Anderson’s scenes depicting the tramps of London, this image casts a somewhat cynical eye upon the established art in our major public galleries. The paintings hang unnoticed as the visitors sit, reading the newspaper or knitting, and the tramps lie asleep".  (Campbell)

This is an original drypoint etching by British artist William Lionel Wyllie.  The title is: Old Waterloo Bridge, London, created and printed circa 1920.  The image measures 7 1/2X14 inches.  hand signed in pencil lower left border.  Wyllie was one of the leading British marine artists at the turn of the century .  Nicely framed, last sold by Harrods LTD in London.

This is an original Arthur Briscoe etching, titiled: "Heavy Canvas", this etching was created and printed in 1931 in an edition of 75.  The image is hand signed in pen and ink and editioned in the lower border.  The image measures 13 1/2X8 3/8 inches.  The subject shows four men making fast the crossjack of a four masted barque.  This etching is archivally framed.

This is a fine hand signed etching by American Artist Stephen Parrish. The title of this work is "Evening, Gloucester, 1883". The image measures 8 5/8X14 inches. This image appears in the Schneider catalog as image number 77. "To the right of the mast is the tower of the 1869 City Hall, still standing, Next to the right is the sharply pointed spire of the Baptist church, now gone. At the far right are the buildings of the Rocky Neck Marine Railways." Fine use of plate tone in the sky and sea.

This is an original etching with aquatint and drypoint  by French artist Manuel Robbe.  The title is: Nu Se Coffant, ca.  Nude Combing her Hair, circa 1906.  This etching is hand signed in pencil upper right within the image.  This is a rare black and white impression.  The image measures 19 1/2X13 inches. 

This is a very fine original drypoint etching by British artist Edmund Blampied.  The title is: The Joyride, created and printed in  1923 in an edition of 100.  The image measures 8 3/4X10 3/16.  This etching was reproduced for the 1924 issue of Fine Prints of the Year.  Catalog: Appleby 89. Nicely framed with archival materials.

This is an original etching by French impressionist Edgar Degas.  The title is, "AutoPortrait", Self Portrait.  It was created in 1857, this is the Forth state of 4, after the cancellation marks.  Delteil 1.

The image measures 9X5 3/8 inches.  printed on a cream wove type paper.  Unsigned as issued.
