This is an etching with heliograph by Belgian artist Felicien Rops 1833-1898. The title is La dame au Carcel (Vernis Mou) published by Peliet in Paris in 1905. The image is unsigned as issued, measuring 9X6 5/8 inches. Printed on a medium weight laid type sheet. Identified lower border.
