This is an original etching by Belgian artist Richard Baseleer.  Written on the back of the sheet is: Rich Basileer, La Rade d'Hmvers, 1924..This etching measures 9 1/2X13 1/2 inches.  This is an unsigned proof.  Printed on a watermarked wove type paper.

This is an original aquatint etching by British artist George Soper.  The title is: Gathering Seaweed In a Cave, created and printed circa 1920.  The image measures 7 1/2X10 1/4 inches.  Chris Beetles catalog as image number 280.  This image is numbered as 12/25 and signed lower right but with a  different name.  Perhaps it was a gift to the name shown.  A very rich impression, framed.

This is an original pencil signed etching, 20th century European.  We are unfamilar with the signature and are selling this as European School.  The image measures 6 1/8X6 1/8 inches.  Printed on a thin wove type sheet.  This etching was  created and printed circa 1915-1920.

This is an original woodblock print by Dutch artist Hendrik Johan Melgers.  The subject workers protesting was created and printed circa 1935.  This impression is initialed in the lower right of the plate, no apparent pencil signature visible.  This impression came to us in a frame.  With description on the back.  THe image measures 6X4 1/8 inches, the frame measures 13 1/4X10 1/2 inches.  "Melgers was born in Groningen where he lived and worked until 1933. He studied at the Academy Minerva and from 1933 on he was in Amsterdam. He was skilled as a woodcut artist as well as a painter. Melgers is loosely associated with "de Ploeg"

This 1886 etching by Lucien Dautrey measures 9 1/2 x 13 1/4 inches. It is plate initialed and pencil signed on the l.r. Dautrey was a distinguished pupil of Courtry and Felix Bracquemond and a member of the Society of French Artists.
