This etching by American artist Philip Little is penicl signed and dated 1928.  It shows  fishermen  setting out in the morning.  The image measures 6X7 3/4 inches.  Fine use of plate tone in the sea and sky.

Color etching, image size 5 7/8 x 5 3/8 inches, c. 1920, pencil signed. Early in her career, Ryerson worked as a teacher in NYC, and many of her early works drew inspiration from the children she taught.

This etching by Anton Schutz measures 9 7/8 x 13 3/4 inches. It is pencil signed and numbered. Schutz was born in Germany and emigrated to the US in 1924 before Hitler came into power. A well-known artist in Germany, especially Munich, he started over again and enrolled in the Art Student's League in NY, working with Joseph Pennel. He became known for his portrayal of large cities along the eastern seaboard, capturing the enormity of the buildings along with the spirit of the American people.

This is an original pencil signed and dated etching by American artist Philip Little.  The title which is hand written in the artist's hand is: "English Trawlers Racing.  The image measures 10 X 11 3/4 inches.  A fine modernist impression.

This is an original pencil signed etching by American artist Philip Little.  The title is: August Sunrise in Harbor, this etching has an image size of 8X9 7/8 inches.   Printed on a light weight wove type paper.

Plate signed in the lower left, pencil signed in the lower right. Plate measures 8 x 9 3/4 inches on 9 5/8 x 11 3/4 inch wove type paper. Good use of plate tone with a rich drypoint burr. Meyerowitz studied at the National Academy of Design in NY and is best known for his development of producing etchings in color. His work is at the Metropolitan Museum of Art; Carnegie Institute; National Academy of Design; Harvard University and the Library of Congress.

This is a nice original wood engraving by American artist Herbert Waters.  The title is: River and Forest, created and printed Circa 1950.  This hand signed and titled  wood engraving has an image size of 7X6 inches.  Printed on a light weight Japan type sheet.

This is an original etching by Russian American artist Abbo Ostrowsky. This etching is titled: "Croton on Hudson", circa 1931, this etching has an image size of: 10X7 3/8 inches. This is a view of the Hudson river in New York. Pencil signed lower right, nice use of plate tone to show detail in the street.
