Drypoint etching. Pencil signed "E. Popple" in the lower right, pencil titled in the lower left, and numbered 70/150. Plate measures 6 1/2 x 10 3/8 in a black 14 x 17 1/2 inch black frame. This print has good use of plate tone and a rich drypoint burr.
This color wood engraving by the German artist Werner Jacob Korsmeier measures 16 1/2 x 11 5/8 inches, pencil signed, dated, titled in German and numbered 25/50. Created in 1985 with an annotation by the artist on the top margin, "For my dear Dorothy, Werner", publishers blindstamp on lower margin, label on backing with artist provenance.
This is an original etching of Russian Peasants, circa 1920. It is initialed in the plate and signed in sepia ink in the lower right corner of the sheet. The image measures 8 3/4X11 1/4 inches, printed on a heavy weight wove type paper. We do not know who this artist is even though it has a clear signature.

This is a drypoint etching by British artist Job Nixon. THis view of sheep grazing below the castle ruins has an image size of 10X14 1/2 inches. Pencil signed lower border, printed on a medium weight laid type paper. There is some old tape staining in the upper border but not near or into the image area. Very presentable. A beautiful tonal range within this image.
This is an original etching and drypoint by Scottish artist Johnstone Baird. The title is On The Dee, it was last sold by Kennedy Galleries in New York, circa 1920. The image measures 5X11 3/4 inches. Hand signed in pencil.

Plate signed and titled. Printed on watermarked laid-type paper, 8 x 10 inches. Burridge studied at the Royal College of Art under Frank Short from 1857 to 1945. He then taught as Head of Liverpool School of Art, 1897-1905, and as Principal of the Liverpool City School of Art, 1905-12, before returning to London as Principal of the Central School of Arts and Crafts, 1912-30. He produced etchings and mezzotints of landscapes and coastal scenes often featuring low horizons and dramatic, stormy skies.
