A drypoint etching from 1912. Pencil signed in the lower right. A richly inked impression with a rich drypoint burr. Plate measures 7 7/8 x 11 7/8 inches on 10 1/8 x 15 5/8 inch watermarked laid paper. Artist's proof. Provenance Staton's Galleries. This is a 6 horse team pulling a logging truck. One horse is out back. Soper was a master at showing Horses at work in the old British farm lands.
