This is a fine original chiaroscuro wood engraving by American artist Thomas Nason.  It was created and printed in 1937 as a presentation print for the Woodcut Society of Kansas City.    The image printed with three blocks, Black, Gray and Olive inks.  The image measures 5X8 inches.  A beautiful rich impression. This wood engraving is an unsigned proof , plate signed and dated only.  Printed on a light weight Japan type sheet.

This is an early etching by American artist Joseph Pennell.  The title is: Ponte San Trinita, Florence, it was created and printed in 1883.  This image is plate signed and dated only.  Printed on a thin Japan the image measures 7 7/8X11 7/8 inches.  The etching appears in the Wuerth catalog as image number 53.

This is an original etching by German/American artist Gustave Adolph Hoffman.  It is pencil signed and titled The First Snow, created and printed in 1936, this image printed in blue toned ink measures 7 5/8X11 5/8 inches, printed on a medium weight wove type paper.
