This is an original etching by British artist Sir Francis Seymour Haden.  The title is: The Inn, Purfleet,  It was original composed and created in 1869.  This etching was done in 11 states, this was the published version and designated as X/XI before the plate was cut down.  This etching is pencil signed, the image measures 7X10 inches, printed on a medium weight laid type paper.  The image appears in the Schneiderman catalog as image number 127.  The scene was taken "from the left bank of the tidal waters of the lower Thames, some twelve miles east of London."

This is an original color etching by American artist Dorsey Tyson.  It is titled: A Chinese Gong, it was created and printed in 1929..  The image measures 8X6 inches.  It is pencil signed, dated and numbered 19/100 in pencil in the lower border.  Matted not framed.

This is a drypoint etching by French artist Louis Legrand.  The title is : English Bar, from his Album Les Bars, published by Pellet in Paris in 1909.  This impression is from the first state of three with the Remarque of a Woman in Profile.  The image measures 9 3/4X5 5/8 inches.  Hand signed in pencil, printed on a Japon type paper.  Numbered as 1/30.

This is an original pencil signed and titled woodengraving by American artist Bernard Brussel-Smith. The title of this work is "Shore Leave", it was created and printed in 1941. It has an image size of 6X4 inches and was printed in an edition of only 50 signed proofs.

This is a fine block print by Kansas artist Clara Colline (1881-1945)  The title written in pencil lower left is: Wind in the Cottonwoods.  THis image done circa 1920 is hand signed in pencil and has an image size of: 9X11 3/4 inches.  Colline was a student of Birger Sandzen.  His influence is clearly seen here.

This is a fine original woodblock print by American artist Leonard Baskin.  The title is Baskin at 56.  It was created and printed in 1978,  It is pencil signed and numbered 50/150.  The image mesures 32X22 inches on a sheet size of 36X24 inches.  

This is a finely detailed etching by American artist Max Kuehne.  The scene is: New York from Weehawken, N.J.  It was created and printed circa 1930's.  The image measures 10X13 1/2 inches.  Pencil signed and titled in the lower border.  Printed on a J. Whatman medium weight laid type paper.

This is a fine original etching by California artist John Winkler.  The title: Fisherman's Home on Telegraph Hill, pencil signed, created and printed circa 1920.  Superb condition.  The image measures6X9 3/4 inches. " Winkler studied at the California Institute of Arts and published his first original etching in 1915. During the following eight years he established a large national reputation for his etchings, the great majority being depictions of San Francisco and its environs...Like Whistler, Winkler had the ability to capture life and movement with the utmost simplicity." This is an original drypoint etching by British artist Stanley Anderson.  The title is: Quai Duperre, La Rochelle, This etching was created and printed in 1928 in an edition of 85.  The image measures 8 1/4X13 1/4 inches.  Printed on an old laid type paper.  Hand signed in pencil lower border.  This image appears in the R.A.A. catalog as image number 183.

This is an original etching with drypoint by British artist Seymour Haden.  The title is Cowdray Castle with Geese.  It was created and printed in 1882, this is the forth state of five.  Hand signed in pencil , printed on a laid type paper.  Titled and dated lower left in the image.  The image measures 6X9 1/2 inches.  This image appears in the Schneiderman catalog as image number 208.

This is an original etching of the artist's wife, Anais Brockhurst.  It is titled Anais II and was created and printed in 1930 in an edition of 111.  The image measures 9X7 inches.  It is signed in the plate and also signed in pencil lower right.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.  This image appears in the Brockhurst catalog as image number 67.  Very fine condition, a rich impression.

This is an original chiaroscuro wood engraving, done in two blocks, black and grey.  The title is Eggemoggin Reach, created and printed in 1940 in an edition of 250 signed proofs.  The image measures 6X10 inches, hand signed lower right in pencil.  This wood engraving was published by Associated American Artists in New York.  Very fine condition.

Plate measures 8 x 9 5/8 inches on 9 3/4 x 11 3/8 inch wove type paper. Signed in blue ink in the lower right. Numbered in pencil in the lower left, print number 11 in an edition of 30. Good use of plate tone and a rich drypoint burr. Meyerowitz studied at the National Academy of Design in NY and is best known for his development of producing etchings in color. His work is at the Metropolitan Museum of Art; Carnegie Institute; National Academy of Design; Harvard University and the Library of Congress.

This is a fine original etching by French artist Auguste Brouet (1872-1941)  The title is: Un rassemblement en Camargue, it was created and printed in 1925.  This image is numbered as 44/75 ..The image measures 8X12 1/4 inches.  the Cercle de la Librairie drystamp. in the lower right border.  Hand signed and numbered in pencil.  Fine condition with elaborate remarque in the lower border.  Boutitie 320, IFF 36.1, BPL 13, Universität Osnabrück, EH 4.

This is a fine original etching by American artist Joseph Pennell.  This etching was part of his Panama Canal Series created and printed in 1912.  This pencil signed impression measures 9 3/8X12 1/4 inches.  Printed on a medium weight, watermarked laid type paper.  Very nice original condition.  This image appears in the Wuerth catalog as image number 625.
