Prints

This 1623 engraving by Ottavio Leoni measures 5 5/8 x 4 3/8 inches. It is a portrait bust of the artist Antonio Tempesta in a 12 sided frame. Bartsch 38. A collection seal is stamped on the back. Leoni did a series of 12 engraved portraits of fellow artists including Michelangelo, which is the only documented portrait of him by another artist.

This is an original pencil signed etching by Scottish artist David Young Cameron.  The title of this work is: "Saint Mark's No.2"  It was created and printed in 1900.  The image measures 12X7 3/8 inches.  Printed on a light weight laid type paper..  This image appears in the Rinder catalog as image number 307.

This is an original etching by German artist Joseph Uhl (1877-1945) The title is unknown but a wonderful portrait study of a young woman. The image measures
12 1/2X9 1/4 inches. Hand signed in pencil and editioned as number 35.

This is an original drypoint etching by British artist Muirhead Bone.  The title is: Walberswick Ferry.  It was created and printed in 1913.  The image measures 7 11/16X10 inches.  Printed on a light weight wove type paper.  Hand signed in pencil lower right border.

This is an original etching by American artist Stephen Parrish.  The title, South Dennis, Cape Cod, (Showery Day-Cape Cod)  was created and printed in 1888.  It is a scarce image, signed in the plate only.  The image measures 4 1/2X6 inches.  The image appears in the Schneider catalog as image number 139.  This etching is framed.
