This is a fine original etching by British printmaker Ernest Lumsden.  The title is: Mosque and Temple, created and printed in 1914 as plate no. 2 from His Indian Series.  This etching is hand signed in pencil with the "imp" after his name meaning that he printed this impression himself.  It is also inscribed as: "4th trial state no. 2" lower left border.  It appears in the Lumsden catalog as image number 167.  The image measures 8X9 7/8 inches.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.

This is a fine original pencil signed etching by American artist Ernest Roth.  This New York View is of Union Square, created and printed in 1929.  The image measures 9 7/8X7 1/2 inches.  Printed on a medium weight "F.J. Head" watermarked laid type paper.

This is an original pencil signed etching by American artist Harold Kerr Eby.  The title is: Lobster Fleet, created and printed in 1937.  A fine atmospheric study of a lone fisherman in the foggy morning bay.  This image measures 9 1/2X11 1/2 inches.  Printed in an edition of 100.

This is an original etching by British artist Sir Francis Seymour Haden.  The title is: The Inn, Purfleet,  It was original composed and created in 1869.  This etching was done in 11 states, this was the published version and designated as X/XI before the plate was cut down.  This etching is pencil signed, the image measures 7X10 inches, printed on a medium weight laid type paper.  The image appears in the Schneiderman catalog as image number 127.  The scene was taken "from the left bank of the tidal waters of the lower Thames, some twelve miles east of London."

This is a fine block print by Kansas artist Clara Colline (1881-1945)  The title written in pencil lower left is: Wind in the Cottonwoods.  THis image done circa 1920 is hand signed in pencil and has an image size of: 9X11 3/4 inches.  Colline was a student of Birger Sandzen.  His influence is clearly seen here.

This is a drypoint etching by French artist Louis Legrand.  The title is : English Bar, from his Album Les Bars, published by Pellet in Paris in 1909.  This impression is from the first state of three with the Remarque of a Woman in Profile.  The image measures 9 3/4X5 5/8 inches.  Hand signed in pencil, printed on a Japon type paper.  Numbered as 1/30.

This is an original pencil signed etching by American artist Joseph Pennell.  The title is The Debacle of De Lesseps, Panama.  This was part of his Panama Canal series that Pennell created in 1912, showing the construction of the Canal through Panama.  THe title refers to The French diplomat Ferdinand de Lesseps, who undertook the project in 1875 and failed.  The image measures 9 3/8X12 1/4 inches.  Printed on a medium weight watermarked laid type sheet.

From His Closed Ward Series, Portrait #2 created and printed in 1965.  Hand signed in pencil.  An edition of 25 this image measures a sheet size of 25 7/8X19 7/8 inches.  Printed on an Arches wove type sheet.  Mazur volunteered to conduct art therapy sessions at the Howard State Institute in Providence R.I. there he  created the series, "Closed Ward"  and later "The Locked Ward".  This is image number 8  from The Closed Ward Series.

THis is an oriignal lithograph by American artist Michael Mazur.  This image from his Images from a Locked Ward series created and printed in 1965.  This image is titled, The Occupant", The image and sheet size measures 26X20 inches.  Printed in an edition of 75 published by Impressions Workshop Inc. This lithograph is hand signed in pencil lower border.  Printed on a wove Arches buff toned sheet.  Mazur volunteered to conduct art therapy sessions at the Howard State Institute in Providence R.I. there he  created the series, "Closed Ward"  and later "The Locked Ward".  This is image number 3 from that series.

Closed Ward Series, Her Place, #8, created and printed in  1962 , in an edition of 30.  Printed on a Fabriano Murillo wove type sheet.  This  etching and aquatint, measures 23 3/4X17 ¾ inches. The is a beautiful original wood engraving by American artist Leo Meissner.  The title is: Canyon Grandeur, Sabino Canyon, Arizona.  This pencil signed and titled image was created and printed in 1954.  This is numbered as 7/65.  The image measures 7 1/2X8 1/2 inches.  Beautiful condition.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.
