This is an original pencil signed wood engraving by American artist Asa Cheffetz.  The title of this work is Pastorale (Vermont)  It was originally sold by Associated American Artists in New York.  The image measures 4 1/2X 10 inches.  This image appears in the Springfield catalog as number 65.

This is an original large etching by American artist and illustrator Alan James Robinson.  This image is titled: Green Turtle, it is an artist proof and hand signed in pencil.  The image measures 18X23 1/2 inches.  Richly printed on a thick wove type sheet,  Robinson is best known for his animal illustrations.

Plate size 9 x 9 7/8 inches on 10 7/8 x 11 7/8 wove-type paper C 1919. Pencil signed. Artist blindstamp, plate initialed in the lower right.

Pencil signed in the lower right. An inscription in the lower left of the paper reads "Wine Shop at Royalbourne," a possible title. Plate size measures 10 7/8 x 8 7/8 inches on 16 3/4 x 12 1/4 inch medium-weight wove-type paper.

This is a fine period printing of the engraving of Saint Jerome (Jeroen) of Noordwijk by Dutch engraver Cornelius Visscherm after the design by Pieter Claesz  Soutman.  The image is in very fine condition printed on an early laid type paper.  The image measures 16 3/4X11 1/2 inches. 

This is an early copper engraving by Cornelius Visscher after the painting by Pieter Claesz Soutman.  This period impression was printed on an early laid type paper.  The image shows the Bishop being killed by two knives in his chest.  The image measures 16 3/4X11 5/8 inches.

This is an original etching by British Aviation artist Geoffrey Watson (1894-1979)  This impression is hand signed in pencil and titled: Siskin Flight.  It was created and printed in 1930.  The image measures 7 3/4X12 1/2 inches.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.

This is an original mezzotint by European artist Mario Avati.  The title is: La Plume du Sergent, it was created and printed in 1968 in an editiion of 79.  Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet watermarked " Rives, BFK"..  It is pencil signed and inscribed "epreuve d'artiste 1/X".  The image measures 9 1/2X11 1/2 inches. 

This c. 1920 drypoint etching by the American artist, Warren Davis, measures 7 7/8 x 4 7/8 inches and is pencil signed on the lower right. Warren Davis studied at the Art Students League in New York and became known for his etchings of idealized female figures, many of which were used on the covers of Vanity Fair and Life magazines. Later in his career Davis exhibited in Europe and the United States including the Pennsylvania Academy and the Salmagundi Club.

This is a fine pencil signed impression , an original  wood engraving created by American artist Asa Cheffetz.  This image, Titled: Vermont,  was created in 1941  and sold through  Associated American Artists in New York.  The image measures 6 1/4X10 inches.  It appears in the Springfield catalog as image number 59.

Etching is 9 3/8 x 11 7/8 inches on 11 3/8 x 14 5/8 inch wove-type paper, printed by the artist. The work is pencil signed, c. 1910. The Church of St. Sophia, or "Sophienkirche", was the only gothic church in the whole city of Dresden. It was severely damaged in the Dresden bombing in 1945, and later destroyed completely in 1962 by the German Democratic Republic.
Menpes attended the School of Art in London in 1878 and started exhibiting at the Royal Academy in 1880. He became a major figure in the etching revival, producing more than seven hundred different etchings and drypoints, which he usually printed himself. Menpes was taught etching by James McNeill Whistler and they lived together for some time.

This is an early impression of the etching, The Golden Cornice no,1 by American artist Joseph Pennell.  It was created and printed in 1904 and appears in the Wuerth catalog as inage number 349.  The image measures 10 3/4X7 1/4 inches.  We have another impression that was created with much more dramatic inking.

This is an original etching by American artist Joseph Pennell.  One of his London image, this is titled: The Marble Arch, created and printed in 1905 in an edition of 50.  The image measures 7 1/2X10 1/2 inches.  Printed with thin margins on the right side.  This image appears in the Wuerth catalog as image number 382.

This is an original drypoint etching by American artist Chauncey F. Ryder.  The title is: French Hill,  it was created and printed in 1941 for the Albany Print Club.  This one is inscribed as AP, artist's proof.  The image measures 10 1/2X13 inches.  Printed on a medium weight laid type paper.  Hand signed and titled in pencil.
