This is an original etching by British artist Sir Francis Seymour Haden.  The title is: The Inn, Purfleet,  It was original composed and created in 1869.  This etching was done in 11 states, this was the published version and designated as X/XI before the plate was cut down.  This etching is pencil signed, the image measures 7X10 inches, printed on a medium weight laid type paper.  The image appears in the Schneiderman catalog as image number 127.  The scene was taken "from the left bank of the tidal waters of the lower Thames, some twelve miles east of London."

This is a fine original pencil signed and titled etching and drypoint by American sporting artist Roland Clark.  The title is: The Conference, created and printed in 1925.  The image measures 8 3/4X11 3/4 inches.  Fine use of plate tone in the sky.  A rich impression printed on a medium weight wove type sheet.  Numbered as 15/62 impressions.

This lovely atmospheric image by William Wyllie measures 4 7/8 x 12 7/8 inches, pencil signed on the l.l. and created c. 1920. This is a view of Greenich from the Isle of Dogs with a view of the Royal Navel Academy on the left with the domes of the Royal Observatory high in the background. Wyllie was a well known marine painter and printmaker, studying at the Heatherley School of Fine Art and then at the at the Royal Academy. At the age of 18, Wyllie won the Turner Gold Medal for his painting "Dawn After A Storm". He went on to have a long artistic career, specializing in paintings and etchings of the sea and the city of London. In this etching, Wyllie uses remarkably delicate lines and subtle tones to create an atmospheric image in this busy harbor scene.

This is an original period engraving by British printmaker, James Sayer.  This image is titled: The Patriot Exalted, created and printed in 1792.  The patriot exalted' (Charles James Fox; Catherine II, Empress of Russia)

This is a pencil signed etching by American artist Charles Adams Platt.  The title is: Inner Port, Trouville, France, created and printed in  1888.  The image measures 6 1/4X9 1/4 inches.  Nicely framed with archival boards.

A very fine original lithograph by New York artist Harry L Taskey. Image size 11 1/2 x 15 3/4 inches, c. 1935, edition of about 25, published by the New York City WPA Project, pencils signed and titled.

THis is an oriignal lithograph by American artist Michael Mazur.  This image from his Images from a Locked Ward series created and printed in 1965.  This image is titled, The Occupant", The image and sheet size measures 26X20 inches.  Printed in an edition of 75 published by Impressions Workshop Inc. This lithograph is hand signed in pencil lower border.  Printed on a wove Arches buff toned sheet.  Mazur volunteered to conduct art therapy sessions at the Howard State Institute in Providence R.I. there he  created the series, "Closed Ward"  and later "The Locked Ward".  This is image number 3 from that series.

Drypoint etching from 1921, pencil signed in the lower right. Plate measures 9 7/8 x 6 7/8 inches on 12 3/8 x 7 7/8 watermarked laid paper. Catalog: Wuerth 770. Edition of 50. A well inked impression with plate toning. Pennell was an important American etcher, lithographer and illustrator. Good friends with James McNeill Whistler, he and his wife co-authored his biography. Pennell was known for his continued experimentation with technique and style, producing cityscapes, landscapes and marine scenes. He also printed many of his own images.

This is an original Triptych color wood block print by Japanese artist Utagawa Kunisada.  This one image from his Nishiki-e series created and printed in 1860.  Each panel has the artists signature along with numerous stamps and seals.  The overall image measures 14 1/4X29 1/4 inches.  Nicely framed.

This is an original pencil signed etching by American artist Kerr Eby.  The title is: Christmas Trees, created and printed in  1940 in an edition of 100.  The image measures 9 1/4X12 3/4 inches.  nicely framed.  This image appears in the Giardina catalog as image number 202.  The scene was most likely taken in Connecticut near his home.

Etching and drypoint from 1922. Pencil signed in the lower right. One of a series of five etchings from his series "The Arteries of Great Britain." Published by Dickins in 1922, in an edition of 425. Catalog: Dickins 73. Image measures 5 1/2 x 7 1/2 inches on 9 1/2 x 12 1/4 inch wove type paper. The scene is of the open Swing Bridge, from a vantage point of the High Level Bridge, Newcastle upon Tyne. An atmospheric print with selectively wiped plate tone. Walcot was born in Russia, the son of a British father and Russian mother.

This is an original pencil signed etching with drypoint by British artist William Strang.  The subject is: a Portrait of Sir Charles Holroyd, No 2,  it was created and printed in 1909.  Holroyd was a fellow artist and printmaker.  The image measures 17 1/2X11 5/8 inches. Printed on a thin laid type sheet.  A beautiful impression.

This is an original hand colored etching by British artist Elyse Ashe Lord.  The title is: K'o Ssu, Swallows and Prunus,it was created and printed circa . 1925.  This etching is hand signed and titled in the lower border in sepia ink.  71/75.  The image measures 12 1/2X11 inches.  Printed on a wove type sheet.

This is an original pencil signed etching by American artist Joseph Pennell.  The title is: The Lake Front, Chicago, created and printed in  1910.  This image measures 9 3/8X12 1/2 inches.  As was the style of Whistler Pennell cut off the borders of this etching and has a tab signature in pencil.  Nicely framed, fine condition, a combination of etching, aquatint and plate tone.  This image appears in the Kennedy catalog as image number 596.  The edition was only 50 impressions.
