Bacher Forest City", "A Wheel Of Three Generations In 1884" on bottom of print. Bacher began etching in Cleveland in 1876 and continued his art in Munich, Paris and Venice.

This is a fine etching by American sporting artist Roland Clark.  The title of this work is: The Welcome, created and printed in 1926 in an edition of 65.  The image measures 10X8 inches.  Hand signed in pencil lower right and also titled lower in the border.  Printed on a wove type sheet with the Gelder Zonen watermark.  Fine use of plate tone in the water and sky.

This is a fine early impression of the etching by Adolphe Appian titled: Un Jour d'automne a Artemare .  Created and printed in 1871.  This impression was done before the later type setting with titled and publisher printed on the bottom border.  This image appears in the Curtis catalog as image number 32.  The image measures 4 3/4X8 1/4 inches.  Signed upper right within the plate.  A rich impression on a chine applique sheet adhered to a thicker she of wove type paper.  This impression was the first state of four. i/iv.

This is a fine original woodengraving, pencil signed by American artist Asa Cheffetz.  The title of this image is: Late Afternoon, Vermont, created and printed in 1947.  This wood engraving measures 4 7/8X9 inches, nicely framed  with archival boards.  Very nice condition.  In the Cheffetz catalog as image number 83.

Bloemaert. A copy of Titian's Louvre painting was made for Mamfrini Gallery in Venice - and Schiavoni made an engraving of it. Thus two pair of the image exist.
